Harry Potter series - I thoroughly enjoyed the fantasy world and shared the fun of the series with my three daughters as they grew up.
What is your most memorable experience in the ER?
The first time I was involved in a successful ED thoracotomy case and the patient and his family later came back to thank me for his being alive.
If you could travel back in time and meet yourself as a 10-year-old, what advice would you give yourself?
Pursue your dreams and try anything you are interested in with confidence - most of all enjoy these moments in your life.
What profession would you like to attempt other than your own?
Dr. Jefferson Bracey has been an emergency physician with EMP since 1993.
Dr. Bracey is residency trained and board certified in emergency medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Bracey earned his bachelor of arts degree from The University of California, San Diego in La Jolla, California. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He performed his transition internship at Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Arizona and his emergency medicine residency at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dr. Bracey has been practicing in the Las Vegas area for 18 years. He is the father of three daughters. He enjoys skiing, hiking and just about any outdoor activity.
