Director Of Firefighters
Dr. Merci Madar is the Director of Firefighters for EMP. Dr. Madar started with EMP in 2003. She completed EMP’s Scholars Program in 2004. Dr. Madar completed her undergraduate training at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her medical degree from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Canada. She completed her Emergency Medicine Residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Madar is board certified in Emergency Medicine. She is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
