How are schedules assigned in the long-term? As fairly as possible and with the highest regard for individual needs. Shifts are distributed evenly among physicians and requests are accommodated to the maximum extent possible. We want to help you avoid burnout and enjoy life—and we know your schedule is a big part of the equation.
